Two separate things: how this website behaves, and how to tell the office what a travelling day actually has to allow for. The second matters more and is the one people leave until too late.

Reading this site on any machine
Text sits on the page rather than inside pictures, and every picture carries a description of what it shows. Headings run in order without skipping a level. The site works at any window width and reflows rather than scrolling sideways. Nothing moves, flashes or plays on its own, there are no pop ups, and nothing depends on hovering. Colour is never the only thing carrying a meaning: the move mark has a written label beside it everywhere it appears.
What to tell the office, and when
In the first note, not later. A knee that will not take a long descent. Altitude that has been a problem before. A wish to avoid moving at night. Steps you would rather not climb. Anything a room has to have. It is easier to build a line around a constraint at the start than to unpick a confirmed arrangement, and no operating company thinks worse of a request for saying it plainly.
What this office will not pretend
Some of these segments are difficult. A stairway of two thousand cedar steps is a stairway of two thousand steps, a plateau at two and a half thousand metres is thin air, and a gorge path is a gorge path. Where a segment cannot be adapted the office will say so rather than sell it and hope, and where it can, it will say exactly what changes and what that costs.
If something here does not work
Write to the reservations address and say what failed and what you were using. Problems that stop somebody reading a page are fixed first and the answer says when. This site is not audited against any standard and does not claim to be; it is built carefully and corrected when it is wrong.
